I've found this guide to be very helpful. I designed my own health loss program over the course of six weeks and lost a moderate amount of kilos and I feel alot better about myself, now.
I found this online and bought it on another health-side, but I thought I would share it with you all for free, since it should be in my opinion, it will help alot of you who are desperate to get moving on the weight-issues-counter.
It's all about your own restrictions and how you want to get around it yourself, so it's very versatile.
